PROVIDED: Linens, bath and pool towels, and a starter supply of toiletries, paper goods, laundry pods and dish soap. Longer stays or larger groups may need more. PARKING: Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles, plus 1 in the garage. Neighborhood overflow parking for trailers, boats, ATVs and UTVs. POOL SAFETY: Motorized safety cover on the pool. Children must never be left unattended near the pool or hot tub. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 7 AM. Please park only in approved areas and keep evening noise low.

House Rules

Pool & Hot Tub Equipment: • Please keep the hot tub cover closed when the hot tub is not in use. • Please keep the pool safety cover closed whenever the pool is not actively being used. • Guests may be responsible for service calls, excessive utility costs, or damage resulting from misuse of pool, hot tub, or safety cover equipment. Furniture & Property Care: • Indoor furniture, mattresses, bedding, and decor should remain inside the home. • Outdoor furniture should not be moved into the pool or hot tub. • Please report accidental damage promptly so we can address it appropriately. Respect for Neighbors: • Quiet Hours start at 10 pm per the city of Hurricane's noise ordinance. This home is located in a residential community. Excessive noise, amplified music after 10 pm, disruptive behavior, or other violations of quiet hours may result in fines from local authorities, HOA enforcement, or immediate termination of the reservation without refund. • Unauthorized guests or occupancy exceeding the approved guest count may result in additional charges of up to $500 per person and/or cancellation of the reservation. Safety: • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using the pool, hot tub, balconies, stairs, or outdoor areas. • Guests assume responsibility for supervising minors and using all amenities safely. Cleaning & Checkout: To help our cleaning team prepare for incoming guests, we kindly ask that before departure you: • Start the dishwasher. • Close windows and lock the doors when leaving (not the interior garage door). No extensive cleaning is expected! We want you to enjoy your vacation until the very end.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard, including all 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, main floor and upstairs living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, and one garage parking space. (The second garage bay is set up as a game area with a ping pong table.) You'll also enjoy exclusive use of the home's private pool, hot tub, and outdoor gathering spaces. In addition, guests have access to the neighborhood amenities, including two community pools, a hot tub, small fitness center with weights and exercise bikes, and two outdoor pickleball courts. For security and housekeeping purposes, the single-car garage bay and a locked owner's supply closet are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.
